BME, a rapidly growing office solutions company dedicated to providing superior customer service, is hiring for a Technology Service Technician to provide technical support and guidance to clients. We are expanding into the Syracuse market and are looking for an independent and self-motivated technical professional to support this expansion. Technical knowledge with office machines (printers, copiers etc.) or equivalent experience preferred.

Play a key role in maintaining and integrating both new and existing clients’ office technology.
Attend paid training on the core foundational network curriculum provided
Implement and utilize core foundation training program to troubleshoot hardware and software solutions
Provide support to client’s needs in a courteous and timely manner
Have the ability to plan daily travel schedule
Maintain rapport with clients by responding to calls, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods/techniques and recommending system enhancements
